This session will take place at the KavaClub. A Kava Bar and lounge built to nurture human connection through locally-crafted Kava beverages—the first of its kind in Virginia. Designed for work and play, KavaClub offers free wi-fi and designated work space, plus tons of games, community events, and cozy spots to relax and connect.

Who Are We?
GRITS is creative studio // art collective led by multidisciplinary artists of color. We specialize in communicating the diverse narratives of today through story-based content and experiences rooted in culture, education, and social change. Born from a need for diversity in both the commercial and art spaces, we work to shift narratives by using our creative voice to re-center radical joy and empowerment.
